Italian restaurants, sub shops, calzone counters and Italian delis sit next to the pizzerias on this site because most of them bake pizza too, often from the same dough. Full-service Italian restaurants take reservations for dinner, add a tip line for table service (15-20% is customary) and usually run a cheaper lunch menu on weekdays. Sub and sandwich shops are counter-order and quick, with sizes by the inch or in half and whole lengths. Calzones and strombolis are priced like a medium pizza and are large enough to share. Italian delis and bakeries sell by weight and by the piece, and many close mid-afternoon.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11:30 am–9 pm. It is closed on Monday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Danny Boys at (330) 633-7844; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Tallmadge is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Tallmadge follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This is my first time ordering from here. I ordered a build my own bowl with penne noodles and sauce with chicken and shrimp. It takes okay, it just did not have enough sauce so the noodles was a lil dry. But you do get a big portion for your money.

Don't sleep on Danny Boys. Their pizza is amazing. The crust has a good chew, sauce is flavorful and a perfect amount of toppings. Their meatballs are tender and not spongy. The honeybee pizza is worth the trip alone. I always get carry out and everything is hot and fresh.

The "deep dish" pizza wasn't deep dish. It had very few toppings, no tomato sauce I could find, and was a greasy mess. The 'Doctor Pepper' was flat and tasted like a mixture of Pepsi and Mountain Dew. They had a Coca Cola cooler of cans with a printed sign on the front saying "For Employees Only". Apparently they won't force their employees to drink their horrible fountain drinks. I wanted to like the place. I drove across the town to get a Chicago style deep dish pizza. They don't have anything close to that at Danny Boys.
